Step-by-Step Password Reset via OTP
Go to the Forgot Password page

Enter your Player ID and registered mobile number

Request the OTP
Click "Send OTP". A 6-digit code is sent via SMS to your registered mobile number. The OTP is valid for 5 minutes. If it expires, request a new one — do not try to reuse an expired code.
Enter the OTP on the verification screen
Type the 6-digit OTP exactly as received. Do not add spaces or additional characters. Complete the entry within 5 minutes of receiving the SMS.
Set your new password
