1. General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Laser247 platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Laser247 ("the Company").

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Major changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Laser247 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we believe a user is violating these Terms or acting in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of fair play. Decisions made by the Company regarding account status, bet settlements, and promotional eligibility are final unless successfully appealed through our formal dispute resolution process.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino games, Cricket Fight fantasy contests, and Matka markets. Each product category is subject to both these General Terms and the product-specific rules detailed in the relevant sections below. In the event of any conflict between the General Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall take precedence for matters directly relating to that product.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, the Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via platform notifications. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unavailability of the Platform during maintenance or in cases of force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

All disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through internal channels, the matter may be escalated according to our formal escalation procedure. By using the Platform, you agree that this dispute resolution process is your primary remedy for any grievance related to the Platform's services.

2. Account Rules

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Laser247. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.
• Each person is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. The Company will never ask for your password. Any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to shared credentials are the user's responsibility.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required at any time. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time as required by law or internal policy.

Once registered, you can access all Platform features by logging in with your credentials. All account activity — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is logged and retained in accordance with our data retention policy. Account suspensions may be appealed by contacting support with documentary evidence relevant to your case.

It is your responsibility to keep your registered mobile number and email address current. 3. General Betting Rules

• All bets are placed at your own risk. The Company accepts no responsibility for errors in your selections.
• Once a bet is matched on the exchange, it cannot be cancelled unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific market rules.
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of error in the odds, system malfunction, or manipulation of any kind.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at the Company's discretion if in-play betting was not officially open for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. Limits are displayed on the platform and may be changed without notice.
• The Company reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account that exhibits patterns of exploitation or arbitrage that are detrimental to market integrity.
• All market results are determined by official sources. In the event of conflicting information, the most widely recognized official result will be used.
• Suspicion of match-fixing or corrupt activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Our sports betting markets operate on a peer-to-peer exchange model where users bet against one another rather than against the house. This model delivers consistently better odds because there is no built-in bookmaker margin. Our in-play betting markets offer live odds that update in real time throughout a match, giving users the opportunity to bet on evolving match situations with complete market transparency.

The settlement of all markets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body. Settlement typically occurs within 30 minutes of the official result announcement. Winnings are credited to your account automatically upon settlement. In cases where official results are delayed, market settlement will be delayed accordingly, and affected users will be notified via platform notification. The Company's settlement decisions, once implemented, are final unless a clear factual error is identified and reported within 24 hours.

Users are responsible for understanding the rules and settlement criteria of any market before placing a bet. Market-specific rules are accessible within the platform for every open market. 4. Cricket Specific Rules

• Match Odds: For a T20 or ODI match to be valid, a minimum of 5 overs per side must be completed. For Test matches, at least one ball must be bowled for non-toss markets to stand.
• Toss: The toss market settles on the official toss result as reported by the governing body. If the toss is not conducted, the market is voided.
• Abandoned Matches: If a match is abandoned before the minimum overs threshold, all outstanding bets are voided and stakes returned except for markets that have already been settled (e.g., Toss).
• Reduced Overs: If overs are reduced due to weather or other circumstances, markets that reference over counts will be settled based on the revised target/actual runs at the point of completion. DLS method applies where relevant.
• Session Markets: Session runs markets will be settled on the actual runs scored in the specified overs, regardless of wickets lost. If a session is not completed, the market may be voided or settled at the last available data point depending on the specific market rules.
• Super Over: Super Overs, Eliminator rounds, and similar tie-breaking formats are not included in main match markets unless specifically stated.
• Player Markets: If a selected player does not bat or bowl due to injury, team selection, or match abandonment, the market is voided unless otherwise stated.

Cricket is the most popular sport on Laser247, and we offer the widest range of cricket markets available on any Indian betting exchange. Pre-match and in-play betting is supported for international matches (Tests, ODIs, T20Is), all IPL matches, domestic tournaments, and major international franchise leagues. Fancy markets are a core part of the cricket betting experience on Laser247. These include session runs (how many runs in a specified 10-over block), total match sixes, fall of wicket markets, top batsman, and over-specific run totals. Fancy markets for live matches open progressively as the match proceeds and are only available during in-play. Each Fancy market displays the current price, minimum/maximum limits, and the specific settlement criterion before you place a bet.

In cases of disputed official statistics (for example a caught-behind dismissal later reversed on review), market settlement will be based on the final, confirmed official scorecard as published by the relevant cricket board, not in-play commentary. We do not settle markets based on television graphics or commentary during the match — only the official published scorecard is used. This policy ensures absolute consistency and fairness in all cricket market settlements.

5. Football Specific Rules

• Match Odds (1X2): Settled on the result at 90 minutes plus injury time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are NOT included unless specifically stated in the market.
• Over/Under Goals: Settled based on goals scored in regular time (90 minutes + injury time) only.
• Both Teams to Score: Settled on whether both teams score at least one goal in regular time.
• Abandoned Matches: If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes, all markets are voided unless enough time has elapsed for the relevant market to have been determined (e.g., First Goalscorer markets may stand if the scorer has already been identified).
• Postponed Matches: Markets on postponed matches are voided unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original kick-off time.

Football betting on Laser247 covers major domestic leagues including the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, and the Indian Super League, as well as European club competitions and international tournaments. In-play markets for football operate through our live betting section with real-time odds updates on all live goals, corners, and cards markets.

For in-play football markets, please be aware that odds suspension occurs during dead-ball situations such as free kicks, corners, and VAR reviews. This is a standard safety measure on all reputable exchanges and is implemented to protect both the platform and users from information asymmetry during high-risk moments. Bets placed during a suspension period will not be accepted and will be returned to your account.

Own goals are counted for all Over/Under and Both Teams to Score markets. In Correct Score markets, own goals are attributed to the team that concedes them. For First Goalscorer markets, own goals do not count — if the first goal of the match is an own goal, all First Goalscorer bets are voided. These rules follow standard international football betting conventions applied across all reputable betting exchanges and sportsbooks.

6. Casino Rules

• All casino games are provided by licensed third-party providers. Game rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available within each game.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for automated games and by live dealer outcomes for live games. Results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game, the round will be voided and stakes returned. Partial rounds cannot be completed after a disconnection.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted during promotional periods.

7. Matka Rules

• Matka markets have fixed opening and closing times. Bets placed after the closing time will be rejected.
• Results are declared at the scheduled result time. Late result declarations due to technical issues will be communicated via the platform notification system.
• Each market type (Ank, Jodi, Patti, Sangam) has distinct payout ratios. Payouts are: Single Ank 9x, Jodi 90x, Single Patti 150x, Double Patti 300x, Triple Patti 600x, Half Sangam 1000x. Full Sangam 2000x (where available).
• Results are determined through a certified random draw process. All results are permanent and cannot be appealed.
• The maximum payout per market per day is subject to limits that are displayed on the Matka page. Stakes exceeding the payout limit may be proportionally reduced.

Laser247's Matka section offers multiple markets operating on different schedules throughout the day. Each market has a clearly displayed opening time (when betting begins), closing time (when betting stops), and result time (when the result is declared). Users are responsible for ensuring they place bets before the closing time — no exceptions are made for late bets regardless of the reason for the delay.

8. Cricket Fight Rules

• Team selection must be completed before the match's official start time. Changes cannot be made after the deadline.
• Points are awarded based on official match statistics as published by the relevant cricket board within 24 hours of match completion.
• In the event of score discrepancies, the Company will use official scorecards from the governing body as the primary source.
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum required overs (typically 10 overs per innings for T20), the contest will be voided and entry fees refunded.
• A player who is announced in the squad but does not play will contribute zero points. No substitute is allowed after the selection deadline.
• In case of a tied contest (equal points), the prize is split equally between tied participants.
• Contest winnings are credited to the main wallet within 24 hours of official result confirmation.

Cricket Fight is Laser247's fantasy cricket product, allowing users to create virtual teams of 11 real cricketers and compete against other users based on actual match performance. Contest types range from Head-to-Head (2 players) to large leagues with hundreds of participants and significant prize pools. 9. Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match on first deposit, up to ₹10,000. Requires wagering of 3x the bonus amount at odds of minimum 1.5 within 30 days. Bonus is void if deposit is reversed or charged back.
• Daily Cashback: 5% of net daily losses, credited by midnight. Maximum cashback per day: ₹5,000. Cashback funds carry a 1x wagering requirement.
• Refer & Earn: ₹500 per successful referral. Referee must register, verify mobile, and make minimum ₹500 first deposit. Referral bonus credited within 48 hours of qualifying deposit.

• Any deposits made in error or via unauthorized payment methods may be reversed and the account credited with the net received amount after fees.

All payment-related settings — including linked bank accounts, UPI IDs, and transaction history — are managed through the Wallet & Payments section of your account. Before making your first withdrawal, ensure that your wallet details are correctly configured and that your KYC verification is complete.
