Laser247 Forgot Password — Reset Your ID Password
Password resets are handled by our support team on WhatsApp, from the number you registered with. It usually takes a few minutes.

There is no automatic "send OTP" reset for Laser247 IDs. Your ID was created by a person, and your password is reset the same way. That takes a few minutes longer than an automated link, but it also means nobody can reset your password just by knowing your phone number.
- Message us from your registered WhatsApp number. Requests from other numbers are refused, for your protection.
- Send your user ID and say that you need a password reset. Never send your old password.
- Receive a temporary password in the same chat.
- Log in and change it straight away on the login page, so that only you know the new one.
Forgot your user ID as well?
Scroll up in your WhatsApp chat with us – your ID was sent there when the account was created. If you have lost the chat, message us from your registered number and we will look it up.
Changed your phone number?
Tell us before you lose access to the old SIM if you can. If it is already gone, we will ask a few questions about your account – recent deposits and the bank account you withdraw to – before making any change.
Watch out for fake "recovery" help
We never ask for an OTP, your UPI PIN or a payment to unlock or recover an account. Anyone who does is not our support team. More warning signs are in how to spot fake Laser247 agents.
Choosing a password you will not forget
Use at least eight characters with a number in it, and do not reuse your email or banking password. Three or four unrelated words joined together are easier to remember than a random string. Save it in your phone's password manager only if the phone has a screen lock.
