How to get help quickly
Support is handled by real people on WhatsApp. To get a fast answer, send everything in one message rather than "hi" and waiting.
What to include
- Your user ID. Never your password.
- What happened, in a sentence or two, and when.
- A screenshot of the error, the bet or the pending transaction.
- For payments: the amount, the time, and the UTR or payment screenshot.
Always message from your registered number. For your protection, account and payment requests from other numbers are not actioned.
